In the communication process, gestures always precede speech, thus revealing what the mind is thinking but does not wish to say. Communication involves not only words but gestures. That means it’s important to know how to interpret body language, postures and expressions. This workshop will help participants double their sensory acuity, allowing them to identify para-verbal and non-verbal modes of communication, read expressions and body language, and develop their intuition. By employing these effective techniques, participants will gain a significant advantage in negotiating and in coaching.
