The Chambre de l’assurance de dommages has implemented a mandatory continuing education program since September 1, 2001. The program is divided into five categories: Compliance, Administration, Insurance Technology, Law or Professional Development. To meet the requirements of this training program, professionals, members of the ChAD, must complete 20 continuing education units (PDUs) by following accredited courses under the categories established in the program.
